AFFIRMATION OF EXCLUSIVE LEGAL RIGHTS AND AUTHENTICITY

The following clarifies and legally affirms the position of Lifestream Associates as the sole successor to the  commercial business of PRI (Psychic Research Inc.), Marcel’s laboratory and research center.  The following also establishes and legally affirms Lifestream Associates as having the  exclusive right to produce and sell Vogel-cut crystal products, as well as to use the “Vogel” name and to use the “Vogel” name in the production and repair of Marcel’s crystal products.  Excerpts from the legally executed and binding contracts between Lifestream Associates and PRI and between Lifestream Associates and Mary Vogel, Marcel’s beloved wife, are included to demonstrate that authentic and legal Vogel products can be purchased solely through Lifestream Associates and  those to whom Lifestream sells as wholesalers.  If in doubt about the authenticity of any product associated in any way with the Vogel name or with PRI, or with Marcel’s healing and mediation crystals or medallions, please contact Lifestream Associates directly.

CONTRACT BETWEEN RON AND ROBERTA CARSON (LIFESTREAM ASSOCIATES) AND
PSYCHIC RESEARCH, INC.

“The intent of this contract is to transfer exclusive ownership of the commercial business of Psychic Research, Inc., hereby known as PRI, from PRI to Roberta and Ron Carson, hereby known as Lifestream Associates, as of July 15, 1991.  The commercial business is defined as the production and sale of PRI video tapes and audio cassettes, back issues of the Psychic Research Newsletter, the Crystal Knowledge Workbook, the Thought-Photography Workbook, and the Mikesell Water Papers from 1985 and 1986.”

“Use of the Vogel name and the use of the term “Vogel-cut “ and the exclusive right to produce, sell and repair “Vogel-cut” quartz crystal products will be separately negotiated with the Vogel family.”

“The staff and Board of PRI will be available for technical and/or business consultation on an as-needed basis through December 31, 1991, to help to assure the success of the business.”

CONTRACT BETWEEN RON AND ROBERTA CARSON (LIFESTREAM ASSOCIATES)
AND MARY VOGEL

The intent of this contract is to assign to Ron and Roberta Carson hereby known as Lifestream Associates:

1.  The exclusive right to produce and sell and repair Vogel-cut healing and meditation quartz crystals (including regular sized, over-sized, and mini-sized) and medallion pieces using the Vogel-cut design
2.  the use of the Vogel name
3.  the use of the term “Vogel-cut” in the production and sale and repair of the healing and meditation quartz crystals developed by Marcel Vogel

In addition this contract intends to assure continuation of the quality of the healing and meditation quartz crystals sold as Vogel-cut crystals.  To assure the consistent quality of the Vogel-cut crystals, Lifestream Associates is to assure that their Vogel-cut  natural quartz crystals meet the criteria provided as “CRYSTAL SPECIFICATIONS (Vogel-cut)” INCORPORATED IN THIS CONTRACT.....Lifestream Associates is authorized to certify additional cutters or de-certify cutters as found necessary....
